For SaaS signup flows

Check signup signals
before granting a trial.

Repeated free trials can consume credits and support time. Check the email domain, phone line type and IP network to decide which accounts need another verification step.

Planned launch offer. Paid trials are not open yet; samples need no card.

Use a signal you can inspect.

LookupDock returns the carrier, line type and ported status where available. Flag a voip response for review or an additional verification step in your own signup flow.

Keep an alternative path for legitimate VoIP users. A line type is not proof of fraud, and a mobile number is not proof of identity. Unknown carrier or line type stays null; reachability is always unknown.

Email checks flag disposable domains before requesting a mailbox check. Generic addresses and free providers are descriptive flags. See the disposable-email use case.

IP checks identify known hosting networks and current Tor exits. Shared networks and privacy tools also serve legitimate users. VPN detection is unavailable, and the result stays uncertain. Ported status is available only for supported North American Numbering Plan numbers.

Demo accepts only published sample values. Live checks require an active trial or subscription.

A worked cost example

If you check 1,000 new signup numbers in a month, those checks use 1,000 of your 20,000 included lookups. The subscription still costs $99.00 USD for that month; it is not a pay-per-lookup bill.

At full use, the included allowance works out to $0.00495 per lookup. Supplier errors and timeouts use zero credits. Completed negative results use one credit. There are no automatic overage charges.
